The service
mammoth (the "app") is operated by David King personally. It gives you an AI coaching conversation about the training you choose to share through Apple Health, a supported FIT file or your messages. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice
mammoth is an informational tool for athletes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Responses are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for health decisions, especially if you have a medical condition or notice unusual symptoms.
Your account and data
You must be at least 18 to use mammoth. You are responsible for the Apple account you sign in with. You keep ownership of your data; you grant mammoth’s operator the limited right to store and process it to provide, secure and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. In Settings, you can pause cloud coaching, sign out or choose Delete my mammoth account. Changing Health permissions does not itself delete information already imported into mammoth.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other people's data, reverse engineer the service, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
mammoth is early software and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mammoth’s operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on information from the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
